The Academy
The KgrowtH Academy provides mentorship, structured upskilling and accreditation pathways, and monthly learning experiences. Our three distinct pathways - Accelerate, Upskill, and Embed - enable founders, leaders, and teams to develop the mindset, conscious awareness, and self-leadership capabilities required for sustained high performance and growth. We also offer a monthly community mentorship series designed to bring people together and accelerate both professional and personal development.

Meet The Founder
Kristina Todorova is an award-winning transformational coach, leadership and organisational development specialist, and the Creator of the KgrowtH® Transformation System. With 15 years of experience across learning and development, organisational growth and leadership, and as a two-time founder, Kristina combines corporate expertise with hands-on entrepreneurial experience. She has worked with early-stage start-ups as well as leading organisations including The Savoy Hotel, Acccor Hotels, Compass Group, and Barclays, giving her a broad perspective on the people, leadership, and business challenges organisations face at different stages of growth.
She founded her first venture, a coaching company, in 2017, and launched a digital coaching platform in 2021, which later evolved into a community-led media and live learning hub. Having worked extensively across both corporate and entrepreneurial environments, Kristina understands the realities of growing people, businesses and organisations - from developing leadership capability and navigating change to building resilience, performance and sustainable growth.
Her own journey of growing a business and leading a team while navigating burnout, loss, and anxiety and depression inspired her to explore expanded states of consciousness and the innate human potential to accelerate well-being, performance, and growth from within. This became the foundation of her work and the philosophy behind KgrowtH®.
